  6. Our favorite recipe is meatloaf. One pound (or more) hamburger, onion soup mix, ketchup, one egg and crackers crushed up. Mix together and bake for forty-five minutes or longer depending on how much meat you use. It is simple and tastes great!

  7. My new favorite recipe is spaghetti pie because I got tired of leftover spaghetti. Take leftover noodles and mix with 1 egg and 3-4 oz. of parmasean cheese. Form a "crust" in the bottom of a pie pan. Top with leftover spaghetti sauce and reheat for 30 min. at 350. Top with mozerella cheese for the last ten minutes. Last time we had spaghetti I prepared one that is waiting in the freezer (just remember to add the mozerella later).

  9. My family loves to make pizza! We make our own dough using a very easy recipe:

1 packet (or 2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
    1/3 cup luke-warm water
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp sugar
    1 1/2 tsp salt
3 1/4 to 3 3/4 cup flour (to make a dough that is not too sticky)

Combine yeast and water and let sit 5 min. Then add olive oil, sugar, salt and flour, stir until combined. Turn out onto floured surface and kneed for approx 10 minutes until dough is smooth. Let rise 1 hour. Makes 2 pizza crusts. Bake 450 to 475 for approx 15 minutes with your favorite toppings until cooked through. Enjoy!

Our favorite recipe is Chicken Fajitas. I cut up boneless skinless breasts and cook in a skillet with very little oil. Then add yellow onions chopped and tomatoes chopped and cook until the chicken is browned and the veggies and done. YUMMY! We like it with refried beans, guacamole, and flour tortillas.

  25. I make a version of shepherd's pie. Brown ground beef about 1.5- 2 # (drained) add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup- i use the reduced fat. Spread on the bottom of baking dish. Place a layer of frozen green beans. Aother layer (fairly thick) of mashed potatoes- great way to use up leftovers! (You can also make garlic mashed potateos by adding some fresh garlic when you cook the potatoes. Yum!) Spread shredded sharp cheddar on top. Bake @350 for about 30 min. until heated through.
Very easy to make. Freezes well too.
    Enjoy!

    http://tammysrecipes.com/spicy_grilled_turkey_burgers

We eat them almost weekly, they're such a family favorite! I make mine with turkey and leave out the red pepper, while everyone else has theirs with ground beef. We mix large batches of these when we find ground beef on sale and freeze them on cookie sheets, then bag them up. They'll go straight to the grill!

  39. Vegetable Beef Stew
    4 cans French Onion Soup
    1 can of peas
    1 can of carrots
1 Packet of Beef Tips with Gravy
1 bag of French Onion flavored Potatoes

Throw it all in and turn it on!
Spice it up and make it as difficult as you want. Feel free to cut up your own beef, get fresh vegetables instead whatever. Add more veggies you like, like celery or mushrooms. Try adding a couple cans of diced tomatoes one time for a different more tomatoey flavor. Most of the flavor comes from the French Onion soup so you can change the other things around to your liking.
Cook for 7 to 8 hours on low, 4 hours on high

I love to make Ham and Cheese Stromboli. Its way simple too!

Unroll a Philsbury French bread and layer with deli sliced ham and about 2 cups of mozzerella cheese. You can also add pepperoni, green peppers, whatever you like on a pizza pretty much. Roll the bread up with all the items within it. Cut a few holes in the top. And Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees, or until the bread is nice and brown on the outside. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when out of oven. Serve with ranch or pizza sauce for dipping.
    Enjoy!!
