Frugal Tip: Buy Produce in Season

Denise over at The "Cent"sible Sawyer has a great post on Buying Fresh Produce.
She says "You can save some serious greenbacks if you purchase your fresh produce in season. Not to mention, it will be a whole lot tastier! If you're in the mood for a vegetable or fruit that is not in season you'll do better to purchases frozen or canned. Not only will it be cheaper, it will be better. This is because they pick and can/freeze produce when it is in season and at its peak -which may or may not be the case with the fresh produce."

Thanks a bunch to The "Cent"sible Sawyer
