Rubbermaid Reveal Spray Mop Review and Giveaway!!

I am not a huge fan of cleaning, but I do like to have a clean house so I HAVE to clean (nobody else seems to care or do it around here)! We recently installed new Cherry Hardwood Flooring in our kitchen so I have been searching for that perfect way to get it clean without much hassle. I had been using a spray mop that I liked, but I did not like having to buy the pads and the solution. It gets expensive and I don't like the extra waste it creates!

Well, let me introduce you to my newest BFF! The awesome people over at Rubbermaid recently sent me a new Rubbermaid Reveal Spray Mop to try out.


Is it possible to actually enjoy moping your floor? Well, I don't know if I want to go that far, but I do love how simple and inexpensive it is to use my new Rubbermaid Reveal Spray Mop! Not to mention I love the color! My kitchen has lots of red in it! :)

The Reveal Spray Mop is super easy to use. You can just fill it with hot water, add your favorite floor cleaner or use one of these solutions off the Rubbermaid website!

Just mix two tablespoons of your favorite cleaning solution with water in the refillable bottle, close the cap, and click it into the Rubbermaid Reveal Spray Mop (or use hot water, which I have done several times with great results)!

The reusable microfiber pads that come with the Spray Mop are super soft and plush. I love that you can either wash it by hand or throw it in the washing machine. No more money spent on boxes of pads. I have found that the pad works so much better than the throw away kind. I use to have to sometimes use 2 or 3 pads to get my floor clean, but I can do the job with just one of the Rubbermaid Microfiber pads! Each pad can be washed up to 100 times in the washing machine!

The Reveal's Mop Head is also larger than other brands, which helps get the job done faster. You also won't find any batteries in the Reveal Spray Mop! It has a pull trigger, which saves you money on batteries too!

The Rubbermaid Reveal Spray Mop can be currently purchased online HERE or at Home Depot. Look for it at Target and Wal-Mart this month too! It can be purchased for $29.99 plus S&H. I know that this is a little higher than other brands of spray mops, but you will be saving so much money over the course of a year by not having to buy expensive bottles of cleaners and pads! The average user can save up to $50 a year vs. the leading spray mop. Bonus!!

Marley Jane Jewelry Review and Giveaway!

I love jewelry, but I especially love silver jewelry. I came across a wonderful Etsy Shop called Marley Jane. Marley Jane offers a huge selection of handmade, hand assembled Sterling Silver and Silver Plated Jewelry!

I was excited when I was offered to do a review and was able to pick any piece of jewelry I wanted for my review! I had a hard time deciding. I ended up selecting the A Daisy If You Do Silver Necklace!


I love this necklace and wear it all the time! It goes with everything. The pendant is heavy enough to stay in place on your neck (I hate when you look in the mirror and your pendant is stuck over on the side of your chest!), but not too heavy that it is uncomfortable to wear every day. The pendant is very detailed and has depth to it. I have received many compliments on my Marley Jane Necklace!

This necklace comes standard with an 18" petite ball chain, but you can request other styles or lengths of chain. Just ask and you will get what you want! Marley Jane offers excellent customer service! I ended up going with a different style and longer chain because I don't like my necklaces up to high on my neck!

Emily loves her new shoes and socks. We had to try them on as soon as we opened the box. I like that you can get many different looks out of one pair of shoes! It's fun to match the sock to her outfit. Each pair of socks has 2 different looks just by switching the socks to the other foot! Bonus!!

Zippity Doos Review and Hair Care Products Giveaway!

If you have ever had to deal with head lice in your household then you know how hard it is to get rid of them for good! We dealt with them last year with one of my older kids and I hope that we never ever have to go through that again! It seems like every year we get a letter home from school saying that head lice is spreading around! Yikes, the thought of that makes my head itch!!

So, I was super excited when I came across a company called Zippity Doo's!

Their products include Shampoo, Conditioner, Detangler, Styling Gel and Shield Spray!

Use the products daily to help prevent lice and other insects. The Shield Spray can be sprayed on products like, combs, hats, helmets, bedding, pillows and anything else that might play host to lice, nits or other annoying insects! All their products are mild and safe enough to use daily and a natural, gentle prevention instead of harsh treatments! It is also Pediatrician recommended!

I was sent some Shampoo, Conditioner, Spray Shield and Styling Gel to aid in my review recently and have been using the Zippity Doo's Shampoo and Conditioner daily on my 2 year old Emily. The smell is very light and pleasant. I absoultely love how soft it makes her hair! Her hair tends to get tangled easily and is hard to brush through after washing, but after using Zippity Doo's Shampoo and Conditioner I can just let it dry without even chasing after her with a brush! :) I plan on buying and using Zippity Doo's products in the future, especially during those times that I know their is a lice breakout at school!



These products would be great to send to camp with your kids this summer too! Nothing worse than having to do all that dirty laundry when your kid gets home and deal with a case of head lice too! Of course, I plan on using these as well during times of lice breakouts! :)
