Anyone freeze Philly Cream Cheese??

I was wondering if anyone freezes Philly Cream Cheese?? It say for best results do not freeze on the box. So I put my 6 packages in the fridge. I am sure I can use them all up before the September use by date, but was just wondering about freezing it. If you do freeze it, does it seem to effect the taste or texture? Let me know your opinion on this please!! Thanks!
